A. Dino Braz has a passion for real estate. He has helped clients buy and sell starter homes as they start their American Dream as well as million-dollar homes as his client’s needs change. He has helped buyers relocate to the United States from Europe. He has helped military people coming home from tours overseas. He has helped people sell their homes and relocate out of state as well as sell their out-of-state homes. He has helped investors evaluate residential & commercial investment properties, and make decisions to move properties in and out of their portfolio. Dino has also helped people get their real estate taxes reduced.

A graduate of Rutgers, Dino began his career in corporate accounting and finance working almost 2 decades with Elizabethtown Gas, another 6 years with NJTransit, and consulting with TAD Technical Services. He has been in real estate as an Investor, Property Manager, and Realtor for over 30 years. He owned & managed several commercial buildings and hundreds of apartments. His passion for real estate led him into going full-time into real estate and open his own office. Dino left his office to his manager, to grow under the dynamic leadership of Ken Baris and Jordan Baris Inc. a family-owned company with a huge footprint in Northern New Jersey. In 2015 he joined the Berkshire Hathaway HomeService network also a family-owned division: New Jersey Properties. In 2016, he became a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). In 2022, Dino was awarded membership in the Berkshire Hathaway in the President’s Circle. That year, he was also recognized as the 27th Most Productive Realtor of 900+ professionals in the New Jersey sector.
